You do not need to fly back to Lahore to discuss your home design. Our entire design consultation is conducted remotely through WhatsApp, Zoom, or email — at a time that suits your timezone in the UK, UAE, USA, or Canada.

We prepare initial floor plan concepts based on your brief. You review, give feedback, we refine.
Once concept is approved, we develop complete architectural, structural, and services drawings.

One of the first questions overseas clients ask is: how much will it cost? We provide detailed, transparent cost estimates before any commitment. Costs vary based on plot size, number of floors, finishing category, and current material prices in Lahore.

Yes — and many of our clients do exactly this. With weekly video walkthroughs, WhatsApp updates, and a dedicated project manager on site, you stay fully informed and in control throughout the entire process. Most overseas clients only visit once — for the handover.
Our on-site engineer visits daily. We do stage-by-stage quality checks at every critical structural point — foundation, DPC level, slab, roof — and share photographic evidence with you before proceeding. We also do not release contractor payments until each stage is verified.
We work across all major Lahore societies including DHA (all phases), Bahria Town, Lake City, Paragon City, WAPDA Town, Model Town, Johar Town, Gulberg, Faisal Town, and LDA-approved schemes.
We accept international bank transfers (TT), Wise, and other standard international payment methods. All payment milestones are tied to construction stages — you only pay for what has been completed and verified.
Timeline depends on the size of your project. A typical 5 marla house takes 10 to 14 months for complete construction from foundation to finishing. A 10 marla or 1 kanal house generally takes 14 to 20 months. We provide a detailed project timeline before work begins.
Yes. We prepare all LDA submission drawings and handle the approval process on your behalf. For DHA and Bahria Town, we also manage the society NOC and approval submissions — so you do not need to be in Lahore for any paperwork.
